Slabs
Skydeck peri
The range of SKYDECK applications used by Santco extends to industrial construction projects with thicker slabs. Thanks to its wide range of accessories, the slab formwork is ideally suited to markets where safety standards are very high. The systematic assembly sequence and lightweight system components speed up work operations. In addition, early stripping with the stripping head system reduces the quantity reserved for stripping. The small footprint of the prop ensures greater freedom of movement under the slab formwork, and simplifies horizontal transport of materials.
Alufort
Santco Formwork uses Alufort slab floor systems, which are versatile and suitable for different types of construction sites. These systems are ideal for the construction of slab floors of all sizes, from simple to more complex structures, and meet the highest safety standards.
The application developed allows users to create sloped slabs up to a maximum gradient of 8%. The accessory developed can be applied to the Alufort slab system as well as to the traditional slab system with wooden beams. Installation is particularly quick, enabling the desired slope to be achieved very efficiently.
Walls
Trio peri
The TRIO universal wall formwork used by Santco is designed to simplify formwork and reduce shuttering times. Six standard element widths enable ultra-simple handling and efficient logistics. Thanks to the BFD clamp for all assemblies, and numerous standard and practical solutions, TRIO has successfully established itself in countless projects worldwide.
Manto
MANTO is a very robust, easy-to-use system used by Santco to create large-scale craneable formwork. It's a highly versatile, durable system that meets the toughest challenges. Panel-to-panel joints are ensured by aligning splice bars, so that the panels are flush with each other. This modular formwork is designed for building and civil engineering, and can withstand up to 8 tons of pressure per m².
Columns
Huennebeck
Hünnebeck's ready-to-use column formwork, used by Santco, makes it possible to form square and rectangular columns quickly and cost-effectively. With cross-sections ranging from 15 x 15 cm to 120 x 120 cm and of any height, withstanding concrete pressure of up to 120 kN/m². All elements are delivered to the site fully assembled to the required size with formwork plywood attached, and can be positioned as a single unit.
