Conventional system

The conventional system consists mainly of scaffolding frames and aluminum beams.

It's a relatively old, "basic" system that has proved its worth in the construction industry for decades.

We use these pieces of wood to give the concrete the desired shape. This system is used when the surface to be worked is not flat. It complements the flying table and modular table systems, which are more technically demanding.

Santco uses prefabricated COLTEK and ABZAC columns on site.

Coltek columns can be used to create rectangular or square concrete columns with a high-gloss finish.

The inner formwork is coated to give a glossy, high-gloss finish, and the chamfers allow bevelled corners. The patented chamfers enable us to offer a unique product at a very attractive price.

With our columns, contractors and architects can rethink their architecture and have high-quality columns visible in their projects.

ABZAC columns can be used to create round concrete columns with a glossy finish.
